Select Analytics&reports in the left navigation bar of Teams admin center, and then click Usage reports. If you want to see usage analytics for the MS Teams app, you can do so through the Teams admin center.

@LiweiTian-MSFT I appreciate your help but your response unfortunately does not seem to apply to my problem. I am not looking for a way to analyze which apps that users on my instance of MS Teams have used (as I am an MS Teams Admin), but rather at how users who are NOT a part of my MS Teams instance have used the MS Teams application that we have developed for our company.

Hi Ben
Engineering team tried to investigate on this recently, however as the trace is older that 30 days and our systems store logs only for 30 days for compliance reasons, they are not able to move forward. So, could you please re-try and share the network trace?
