App designed for iPad unavailable to be installed on Macs with M1 chips

Apple AppStore has a configuration to allow apps designed for iPad to be installed on MacBook running on Apple Silicon (M1/M2 chips). These apps are listed on the AppStore on mac and can be installed using the AppStore. However these apps are not available to be distributed via InTune as they show as iOS app only.

Is it possible to distribute the apps designed for iPad and are compatible with M1 Macs via InTune?
