outlook can't receive/send email until restart outlook 365 app.

Hello Expert,

I am using outlook 365 apps. I am using Outlook for a long time by using my IMAP domain where there wasn't any problem.

Now I am facing a problem where outlook can't receive/send email until restart outlook app.  I have checked my domain which is absolutely ok.

My operating system is Windows 10 Home Single Language, I have updated my operating system and re-installed it. But facing the same problem.

I was found some information here where suggest problem with google chrome, now I am only using Mozilla after re-installed the operating system.

I have re-installed Microsoft office 365 and added my email again, but problem is still continued.

My server is absolutely ok and I have been received email in my mobile.

I was tried many way but still it is happening. I ma very much frustrated and annoyed on it.

I need a complete and permanent solution.

    For our better research, please provide more information about this case:

    What is your account type?

    Do other accounts have the same problem?

    What does this mean?

    I was found some information here where suggest problem with google chrome, now I am only using Mozilla after re-installed the operating system.

    If you're using an account that is Microsoft 365, you can try using Download and Run Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant to find and fix most issues that affect Outlook or Microsoft 365.

    If not, please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version. And then please try the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this article: I can't send or receive messages in Outlook.
