Do other accounts have the same problem?
What does this mean?
I was found some information here where suggest problem with google chrome, now I am only using Mozilla after re-installed the operating system.
If you're using an account that is Microsoft 365, you can try using Download and Run Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant to find and fix most issues that affect Outlook or Microsoft 365.
If not, please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version. And then please try the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this article: I can't send or receive messages in Outlook.
