Microsoft Teams Add-in Issue

Hello,

 

We usually save some mails in folders or in a network drive and now we have the following problem.

 

Unfortunately, these mails can only be opened once, then the error message appears, that the file might already be open or that I don't have permission to open the file.

 

The operating system is Microsoft Windows 10 Education, and we use Office 365. Before that it was Office 2016 and the error already existed there.

After some work around we found out that the error message disappears once we deactivate the Microsoft Teams Meeting add-in.

We have teams outlook add-in version 1.0.23166.1

Some of the users have an older version of that add-in and they don’t face any problem once they save the emails,

For example, this older version: 1.0.22062.1

Hi @Joan Saadoun ,

According to my research, this seems to be an issue that started happening recently, and it will be fixed by next scheduled update.

For admin, you can check the Service health in M365 admin center for issue EX648854 if there it is:
