How to log in Azure when limited or no access

WHen I try to log in using my previous credentials in Azure, i get error message "Limited or No Access: YOuare not a member of this tenant and do not have access to this directory or an subscriptions/resources..."

Can someone help me deal with this problem?

    Hi @Daniel Elisio ,

    If you are unable to get access to your Azure AD tenant and believe that you should have access, I would recommend reaching out to our Global Customer Service team. If you are the only global admin on the tenant and there isn't another admin who can let you in, you can contact the Azure Data Protection team for further assistance - (866-807-5850).

    It's possible also that your browser might be signing you into the wrong tenant. You can manually enter the tenant link by pasting in the browser: https://portal.azure.com/yourtenant.onmicrosoft.com

    If you are receiving an error message like the AADSTS50020 error, make sure that the User account and Identity provider values in the error message match what you are expecting to see. If you can share a screenshot of the error message, that would also help in recommending guidance.
