How to fix sync errors

When I turn on my computer to check my INBOX, all my 10000 emails are always downloading and then it goes blank. So I cannot read my emails to respond to them and has to wait till it downloaded all 10000 emails. Then this appears:

Then I get sync errors messages after this appears.

    I have no answers to my problem and that is why I need help. This is so annoying, the endless downloading of my 10000 emails almost every 5 minutes.

    Hi @Ruby Serra ,

    What type of account are you using?

    According to my research, this seems to be an issue related to IMAP Yahoo and AOL accountS, and the workaround is to switch to the New Outlook for Mac.
