Hello I have the following message when trying to log in to Microsoft online
You cannot access this right now
Your sign-in was successful but does not meet the criteria to access this resource. For example, you might be signing in from a browser, app, or location that is restricted by your admin.
We do not have an admin for our business, so cannot understand why this is preventing me from accessing this site. I contacted the organisation that I am trying to log in to, and they had no problem logging in with my credentials. I have tried loging in via an incognito window. I have also tried chrome, edge, firefox, all with the same result.

Did you login the Office with Microsoft 365 account?
What kind of authentication did you use?
I suggest you check if government tenant have the conditional Access policy to prevent user login.

We too are having this issue. It appears to only be an issue for us on Edge Version 115.0.1901.183 (Official build) within Citrix.
We use FSLOGIX.
If i roll back to 114 version this works.
Our Conditional Access Policy is failing because Edge doesnt appear to be sending a Device ID through and therefore failing Device compliance. The device in Azure all looks fine.
