How to stop error message popup from appearing when clicking internal hyperlink in outlook?

Hi, I am in charge of IT Infra.

A few days ago, Outlook gave me an error when clicking on an internal hyperlink I received from a colleague.

Error message : An unexpected error occurred at this URL.

Office version : Microsoft Office LTSC Professional Plus 2021 (LTSC MSO (16.0.14332.20529) 64 bits.)

According to my research, this issue happens after installing the Outlook Desktop July 11th security updates.

In order to ensure continued access to files on FQDN or IP address paths add those URLs to the Trusted Sites zone in accordance with Windows guidance, Intranet site is identified as an Internet site when you use an FQDN or an IP address.
