Dear Support,
I have enrolled a few Android devices into the following enrollment profiles: 1. Corporate-owned dedicated devices, and 2. Corporate-owned, fully managed user devices. After enrollment is complete, when I checked the overview of the enrolled devices, I didn't see an option 'New remote assistance session' to connect the device directly from Intune. However, I can see this option for personal devices and Windows 10 devices in the Intune portal. Is there any way I can enable this option for corporate-enrolled Android devices?

@MJ, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Based on my researching, currently Android is not included in the supported platforms for remote help

And for the remote using TeamViewer, the supported devices for Android are only Android device administrator (DA) and Android Enterprise personally owned devices with a work profile (BYOD). Android Enterprise corporate-owned devices are not supported. Team viewer works with the Company portal app. It doesn't work with the Intune app.

When I clicked on the profile 'Personal and corporate-owned devices with device administrator privileges,' it says that 'Android device administrator (DA) has been superseded by Android Enterprise.' This means that Android device remote assistance only works with the profiles 'Personally-owned devices with work profile' and 'Corporate-owned devices with work profile' for now.?
If that is the case, do we have any other options to restrict users from installing any applications from the app store and display only added devices in Android (similar to KIOSK), while also enabling the remote assistance option?
@MJ, Thanks for the reply. In fact, Yes, Android Enterprise is more recommended when enroll device. For the region or device which is not supported Android Enterprise. It can be used to enroll into Intune in order to be managed by Intune. For Teamviewer, as it only works with company portal. For the enrollment method like dedicated, it uses Microsoft Intune which is not supported for Teamviewer. I suggest you contact Teamviewer support to see if we can configure Teamviwer to support Microsoft Intune in the future.
