Default sensitivity label settings location for Teams/SharePoint site

Question

When following the directions found here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/solutions/configure-teams-highly-sensitive-protection?view=o365-worldwide#choose-a-default-sensitivity-label-for-files

Step 3 is to click Open in SharePoint from Teams and Step 4 is to open settings in the SharePoint site.

There is no button for settings found in the location described in this document. Can anyone point me in the right direction when setting a default sensitivity label for a Teams site?
