I installed Office365 Home and Student, but when using Excel, I found that pressing the shortcut button did not work. For example, pressing alt+f11 could not open VBE, and there are many other similar problems. Why is this problem? Can you help me answer it? Thank you~

    Hi,

Here are some possible causes and solutions-

    1. Third-party software or add-ins occasionally modify the way Office applications operate by default. To see if the shortcut keys function properly, try disabling any installed add-ins or third-party programs.
    2. Check your Excel options to see if any shortcuts have been modified and reset them to default.
    3. You won't be able to use shortcuts for Visual Basic for Applications, such as Alt+F11, if VBA is disabled. Thus, open the Developer Tab first by customizing the Ribbon.
    4. Ensure that your Office application is up to date. Sometimes, updates can fix bugs and issues related to keyboard shortcuts.

    Best Regards.
