Why my Account was not eligible for azure free trial ?

I created an account in azure by the free trail form, and at the end it showed me a message saying that my account was not aligilble for creating this free trail, I don't know why

    To resolve this issue, double-check whether the following items are true(troubleshooting guide,):

    • The information that you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) is correct.
    • The credit card information is correct.
    • You don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information.

    If you are still having trouble I would recommend creating a free support ticket with the Billing team.
