Registered App to send email through Wordpress website forbidden

I've registered an app to send email from a wordpress website using the fluent SMTP plugin followed the fluent SMTP instructions to create the app 3 times now I'm sure I've followed the instructions but still getting a forbidden error.

I see in notifications the message below and don't know what it means, please help.

Experiencing authentication issues

The portal is having issues getting an authentication token. The experience rendered may be degraded.

The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.     Hello @Willis Mitchell , it seems like you're having issues accesing the Azure Portal while being signed-in with Microsoft Personal Account. Try using a local (non guest, external or personal) work account.

    Make sure the From Name is exactly as defined in the E3 admin portal. That made it work for me.
