If type an ipv6 address into mstsc.exe, all ok. But I set a pure ipv6 domain name, such as 'ipv6.example.com' ,(nslook query is ok), and i cannot connect remote windows server.

    Hello @ 宝珠 倪

If the nslookup returns the correct IPv6 address, it indicates the DNS resolution is functioning correctly.

    • If you are using RD Gateway,  remember to configure it to handle both IPv4 and IPv6 connections.
    • Are there any Group Policy settings related to Remote Desktop connections may affecting IPv6 connections?
    • If you have done all the basic troubleshooting, I’d suggest use network capture tools like Wireshark or Netmon to capture network packets during an RDP connection attempt. Analyze the capture to see if there are any anomalies or errors related to the connection.
