Outlook 2021 for MacOS, the 'Import & Export' button is grayed out and cannot be used

Unable to import the pst file from Windows, old emails saved from Windows cannot be viewed; Office 2016 for Mac all has these features, why is the new version cancelled?

According to the official document, currently the new Outlook for Mac does not support import/export yet and will be provided in the new Outlook experience later this year.

You can switch back to the classic Outlook for Mac by clicking on the Help menu and selecting Revert to Legacy Outlook. Then you can use the import/export button as usual.
