Mac user cannot activate office

Question

This user is on mac and is receiving an error another account from your organizations is already signed in however no one else is signed in ivetried the license removal tool tried uninstalling and reinstalling tried hot of these.I followed the Microsoft support link as well still the issue was not resolve

I suggest you go to Microsoft 365 portal and check the device for account:

Still no luck the user account have an problem we tried another mac machine as well same error encountering might be it's a license validation
