Thank you for reaching out. I assume when you check user account on Azure AD it would be listed as Active, however you would see Account suspended in Google and you would also see an alert regarding same. I would like to inform you that message you see Automatically suspended usually occurs at Google cloud's end. I would request you to please validate if on Google Admin center you see following alert:
You can follow following Google documentation links to Reset User Password and enable 2-Factor Auth to fix enable the account again:

Once the user password was reset and 2-Factor enablement the user status on Google Admin Console should get changed to Active.
Additionally, if you find suspension reason as listed on screenshot then we would also request you to contact Google Support to validate why the accounts are being marked for Abuse or Suspicious activity on Google’s side.
