Hi Support, Our SharePoint server search function don't work suddenly. From the event log, there are many 6482 error and we fixed it as below: Stop the Windows SharePoint Services Timer service Go to the configuration cache folder: "Drive:\ProgramData\Microsoft\SharePoint\Config\d2ab5dfe-fd30-4898-aaf0-d5740dc0e0ce" Backup and delete all XML under this folder Backup the Cache.ini file Edit the Cache.ini file. Delete the content and type 1 and save the file. Start the Windows SharePoint Services Timer service Repeat step 1-6 on each server in the SharePoint farm Check the file "Cache.ini" contains another number then "1" After fixed the error 6482 problem, the search function work partially, but it still has 34301 errors.
