Wrong contact email.

Good day support. I would like for all emails regarding my exams to be sent to my email address. For some reason everything is being sent to a lady at the pervious company I worked at even though it shows that my email address is the contact email on the system as per the attached screenshot.

Please can this be attended to urgently as I don't want her to receive my personal information.
