Does Azure block requests to scan app-ads.txt from google?

Hello everyone,
I just made a new mobile app which has ads displayed through admob. For this setup, AdMob requested me to upload an app-ads.txt file which I did and the setup was good to go for at least 5 days. Suddendly, it looks like their crawlers can't find the app-ads.txt file anymore even though I can request it directly and it's being shown correctly.
The website is hosted using an Azure Static Web App, I was trying to look for anything that could show signs of blacklisting but had no luck, is there any way Azure can be blocking bot's requests to app-ads.txt?

If you want to route/control the request to a specific file in static webapps then you can achieve this using application configuration by defining those rules in the
staticwebapp.config.jsonfile.Here is the list of settings that can be achieved using application configuration.
- Routing
- Authentication
- Authorization
- Fallback rules
- HTTP response overrides
- Global HTTP header definitions
- Custom MIME types
- Networking

I reviewed the documentation, but nothing was related to the problem,
I also opened another question because I noticed that my Azure Static Web App wasn't fully available, the question URL is this: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1342524/azure-static-web-app-doesnt-seem-to-be-fully-availIt looks like the crawlers couldn't find the file because the service wasn't available at that time
