CTRL+ENTER not working in new Outlook 1.2023.727.100

In pressing CTRL + ENTER in the new Outlook version (1.2023.727.100) to send an email, the application just deletes the email draft altogether.

Interesting enough, ALT + S shortcut DOES work... but I'm so use to the other shortcut that I keep losing email drafts.

Would you please check this issue?

    Hi @Sandino Roman ,

In pressing CTRL + ENTER in the new Outlook version (1.2023.727.100) to send an email, the application just deletes the email draft altogether.

Do you mean that after pressing CTRL + ENTER, the draft is deleted, but not sent? Please let me know if I have misunderstood your situation.

According to my tests on Outlook version 1.2023.719.200 (Production), pressing CTRL + ENTER /ALT+S can send the mail, and the draft is deleted is expected behavior.

It is recommended you upgrade your Outlook to check if the issue continues.
