It’s related to subscription and account. Please kindly try to contact here: Visual Studio Subscription Support(scroll down => select Account, Subscription and Billing Support => select country/region => directly call/live chat => confirm if your VS Pro subscription is indeed valid and if there’s any recorded information of your administrator).
You may also try Get Help
tab => Contact my admin
through my.visualstudio.com but looks like you have tried this way. If so, please ignore this method.
