2023-08-10T08:11:30.6333333+00:00 Hi @Paul Aluise
According to this notification information, this usually happens when you don't have a license. This also happens when the computer has not been connected to the Internet for more than 30 days, a process known as reduced-functionality mode.
In general, the subscription period for Office depends on the administrator within your organization. Please contact your administrator to check the Office 365 admin center > billing > licenses in your product to see the expiration date of the product.
If the license does not expire, please reset the Microsoft 365 activation state.

2023-08-12T19:14:09.4+00:00 When I opened Microsoft 365 Admin Center, it indicated I did not have any products to check subscription status. I checked and I am still being charged monthly for this product. Where do I go from here?

2023-08-14T06:08:49.7766667+00:00 Hi @Paul Aluise
If you cancel a monthly subscription, it immediately moves to the Disabled stage on the date you cancel it. This means that your users immediately lose access to the Microsoft 365 assets, and only admins have access to the data for the next 90 days.

2023-08-14T15:07:43.6866667+00:00 I inadvertently created (2) accounts under (2) different email addresses. I noticed this when I looked at my credit card bill and noticed 2 like payments. I spoke with an actual person and I asked to delete (1) of the account. This was accomplished and my most recent credit card bill shows (1) full monthly payment and (1) partial monthly payment for the account that I asked to delete. I sure would like to talk with an actual agent to resolve this issue or another method to deal with this.

2023-08-14T15:08:50.02+00:00 Probably should have used the term cancel in lieu of delete.

2023-08-17T01:18:35.76+00:00 Hi
Do you mean that there is still a deactivation notice after auto-renewal?
For the safety of your property, please check which item is being charged.

2023-08-17T22:06:05.7166667+00:00 I am still receiving the 'Deactivation' notice. As I indicated earlier, I inadvertently created (2) accounts under (2) different email addresses. It appears there is some confusion as to which account was to be retained and which has been asked to be canceled. When I try to 'Sign In' to the email account I wanted to keep, it does not recognize this account. It does recognize the account I want to remove. I do really need to speak with someone to help with this situation.

2023-08-26T17:48:20.29+00:00 I spoke with an agent. He indicated the Business Account has been cancelled but the Personal Account should be active. Since he works only on Business Accounts, he attempted to transfer my call to another agent who handles this. Unfortunately, the call got disconnected and upon my return call went directly to your automated system which directed me back to your 'Help Desk'. This is frustrating. Please provide an actual Personal Account agent's assistance.
