MS Teams LMS Integration via LTI

Question

We're a (Not-for-Profit) Enterprise customer of Microsoft ~ with Microsoft 365 E5 licensing (so using InTune, PowerBI etc), Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise, Dynamics 365 Business Central Essentials etc.

We use D2L BrightSpace LMS for some courses we run for our customers.

I'm trying to integrate MS Teams Meetings with BrightSpace via MS LTI as documented on this MS page;

But we can't login to the LTI Portal even with a MS365 Admin Account (which it says is required)

Is Teams LTI available to Enterprise customers or is it only available to Education customers (with Education licensing)?

As far as I know, Teams LTI is only available to Education customers with Education licensing.
