How to open the configuration manager?

Dear All,

When I try to open a solution in Visual Studio 2022, there appears a yellow bar with "Current solution contains incorrect configuration mappings. I may cause the project to not work correctly. Open the Configuration Manager to fix them with a button [Open Configuration Manager] on the bar. However, when I click on that button, nothing happens.

May I know how to open the configuration manager?
