Hi,

kindly I have request please, I'm using outlook with some layout, mu issue in Sent folder, i was have the subject above the sender before, but when I build the new windows , the sender became in above the subject.

I've searched for this but all the results recommend that I must click View > Conversation Options, and uncheck Show Senders Above the Subject, but I don't need to conversation the emails in Sent folder, I need them as is but only make the subject above the sender as it was previously.

So, I'm asking your support to do that

    Hi @Amin, Mohamed ,

To change the order of sender and subject is to use the View Settings option in Outlook. Here are the steps to do that:

    • Open Outlook and go to the Sent folder.
    • Click on the View tab and then click on View Settings.
    • In the Advanced View Settings dialog box, click on Columns. Screenshot 2023-08-15 104201
    • In the Show Columns dialog box, you can see the list of columns that are displayed in your message list. You can use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to change the order of the columns. For example, if you want to show the subject above the sender, you can move the Subject column above the From column.Screenshot 2023-08-15 103605
    • Click OK to save your changes and close the dialog boxes.
