i can not find office intelligent services in my microsoft office home and student 2021, i want to make 'transcribe' feature to appear

i can not found 'transcribe' button in my microsoft office home and student 2021. so people said it can be appeared if we turn on the box inside office intelligent services- enable the services. Unfortunately, i can't find any office intelligent services in my file> option > general. where to find it so that i can have the 'transcribe' feature inside my word?

Hi,

Office intelligent services are available only if you have an Office 365 subscription.
As you said, you're using Office 2021 Home and Student, this option is not available for your Office version.
