How to change my primary email address from Gmail to Hotmail?

Hello,

I would like to change my primary email which is Gmail and has my first certification, into my Hotmail account. I tried to link it through the setting and profile, but it said that I can't add another personal account. Also, I tried adding an alias, but it also didn't work. I need help.
