Need to reset MFA for Azure admin account

Changed phones and did not have alternate contact methods setup for MFA. Unable to login with admin account. Need to reset MFA to re-enroll.

    If you are the only global admin on the account and are blocked entirely, you can reach out to the Azure Data Protection team to restore access. 866-807-5850

    Alternatively, I would suggest raising a ticket using your local number from one of the Global Support numbers listed here:

    They may be able to reset your Auth methods to allow you to login again and reset. You will need to provide proof that you are the owner of the Subscription.

    Also, for the future, you can create an emergency access account (break glass) in Azure AD. This account will help prevent being accidentally locked out of your Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) organization because you can't sign in for any reason.
