    Hi@Rohit Murame If you have changed the primary authentication method to SMS but are still receiving notifications in Azure Communication Services, it could be because the change to the primary authentication method has not taken effect yet. Make sure that the change has been saved and that you have waited for the changes to propagate. Also, it could be the notification is coming from a different source. The notification you are receiving may not be related to the primary authentication method. Please double check and make sure the notification is not coming from a different source, such as a different authentication method or a different service.
