I can't use my email account to register in Services Hub. Every time I select the registration link and sign in, I'm immediately signed back out. Why can't I stay signed in? How do I fix it?

I can't use my email account to register in Services Hub. Every time I select the registration link and sign in, I'm immediately signed back out. Why can't I stay signed in? How do I fix it?

I use company account based on AAD. I have the invitation email from Microsoft Services. My manager has try to remove my account and add to service hub again, it's not help.

How do I fix it.
