Outlook calendar meeting popups on Macintosh

Used to be that you could start outlook every morning when you login. Then you could drag the meeting notifications that appear in the lower right to a given location on the screen. Then dismiss the dialog box. for the remainder of the day outlook would pop up a meeting invite in that location.

I happen to have a large monitor, and I miss the meeting invites if I don't move them from the bottom right.

Why cant we chose where we see notifications? I don't see anything in prefreneces that specifies where notifications are seen. Maybe I don't like them in the lower right. Maybe I want them with Mac notifications in the upper right. Maybe I want them on the left -- Basically I want them to be intrusive and pop up dead center of the screen. At least I am not missing a meeting. Lower right, I just don't see them.

This USED to be possible, I'd set a 'meeting notice' that reoccurred every morning at 8:30, all that meeting did was remind me to move the meeting notices to the center of the screen, and that's where they'd appear for the rest of the day, ensuring I didn't miss a meeting invite. The latest "Fix" from Microsoft doesn't do this.

    Hi @MASCI, RICHARD G ,

According to my research, you can configure how you want to view your meeting reminders, you can choose between the familiar in-app notification, or the new macOS-based notifications for time sensitive events.
