DevOps Server Tfs_Configuration_log explodes

I need help with my DevOps-Server. The TFS_Configuration_Log.LDF seems to explode. It actualy got a size > 300GB an with every day it gets quickly greater. I think it happens on every reboot, but I am not sure.
