I havent figured out how to turn off the show apps in outlook option in the GPO. Does it even have a Policy. If not where can i turn it off for the whole organisation?

Hi @David Klucker , According to my research and test, to use a registry setting, you need to set the value of the EnableAppsInOutlook DWORD under the HKCU:\software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\outlook\Preferences key to 0. This will disable the show apps in Outlook option for the current user. Just wondering if there is an actual group policy that can be set to disable this feature? I've downloaded the latest admx files and don't find anything under HKCU outlook preferences in GP. I've looked at the User Configuration\Policies\Administrative Templates\Microsoft Outlook and Office 2016 options and don't see anything for this feature.

There isnt, but i disabled it with the help of the registry.

EDIT: Sorry i just saw, there is already a comment with this key, i belive there isnt any gpo for this setting.
