Working Offline

Question

I have version 1.2023.807.100 of Outlook and I want to know how I can set- it up to be able to work offline, for example when I am travelling in more remote areas where there is no proper internet access?

I have been able to do this easily witrh earlier versions of Outlook that I used in a work context.

According to my research, currently, the new Outlook for Windows does support working offline, this function is still under development, and it is coming soon. To learn more about the new Outlook for Windows, check out the following articles:

The new Outlook is not yet complete and some options may not be available or work as expected. You can switch back to the classic Outlook at any time by clicking the toggle button in the top right corner of the window.

The answer is not very helpful because I do not see any toggle button. Here is the version of outlook I have

1.2023.816.100 (Production).
