How to build/create your own library and function for C++ in Visual Studio Code?

Hello everybody, I hope you all doing well!

This my first time here(sorry if there is a mistake), and I'm actually studying C++ with VScode(windows10), but I'm stuck in a trick to how to create my own library with my own function ?? I'm tried several hours to get answer but all I found is about Visual Studio (Not VScode!!!)..

I appreciate for your help :-).

    You can google and learn make, the standard c/c++ build tool, you you can use cmake tools which are a little friendlier. Visual studio code has an add-in for cmake tools.
