How to control all the company's computers using Azure AD from updates to setting up policies and permissions.

Dears,

         Good day, Kindly I'm new to Azure, and I would like to learn how to connect all the company computers to Azure, no one can access the computer without a Microsoft account and when they sign in there should be policies, permissions, and rules to follow the company's standard of use. Also, I want in case I block sign-in to Microsoft Office 365 for someone. I want them to be blocked from signing in to that computer as well.

This is a pretty big question, but you want to Entra ID join (Azure AD) your devices, then you can use Intune to setup configuration policies. Take a look at the links and training material below:

With Azure AD you could control the access to the resources however to manage the update you must use, Microsoft Endpoint Management (Formerly Intune). Kindly follow https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/protect/windows-update-for-business-configure for reference.
