How I can view online archive for a shared mailbox/delegated mailbox on OWA.

Hi, I can see online archive of shared mailbox on my desktop outlook, but not on OWA. How I ca see that

I have full delegation access

Outlook | Windows | Classic Outlook for Windows | For business
Exchange | Exchange Server | Management

Hi @Stutee Saxena ,

To see the online archive of a shared mailbox on Outlook on the web (OWA), you need to do the following steps:

  • Sign in to your account in Outlook on the web.
  • On the Outlook on the web navigation bar, click your name. A list appears.
  • Click Open another mailbox.
  • Type the email address of the other mailbox that you want to open, and then click Open. Another Outlook on the web session opens in a separate window, allowing access to the other mailbox.
  • If enabled, you will see the In-Place Archive folder in your email folder list. This is the online archive mailbox for the shared mailbox

Note: The online archive mailbox in OWA is called In-Place Archive. The online archive mailbox in Outlook desktop is called Online Archive. They are the same thing, but with different names.
