If the hyperlinks are not working for web links, try opening the links directly in your web browser. If they don't work there either, the issue might be related to the browser settings or internet connection.

Make sure you have a default web browser set on your computer. Office applications often use the default browser to open hyperlinks.

Some issues might be caused by conflicts with other software. Try running Office in Safe Mode (open a Run dialog and type "winword /safe" for Word or "excel /safe" for Excel) to see if hyperlinks work in that mode.

Security software, such as antivirus or firewall programs, might interfere with hyperlink functionality. Temporarily disable or configure your security software to see if it's causing the problem.

    Repair Office 2013:

    1. Go to Start > Control Panel.
    2. Double click to open “Programs and Features”.
    3. In the program list, select the “Microsoft Office” version installed on your computer and click “Change” from the top.

4.At the next screen check the “Repair” option and click “Continue”.
