The above seems a non-solution. The sender clearly mentionned his/her purpose: cleaning up,
Ex- and re-importing from EXCEL is no option in such a case. I have had the same need for as long as Outlook exists and cannot understand why it is still not a possibility.
Sort by count of emails from specific sender in Outlook
Can someone in MS/Office/Outlook PLEASE give the ability to sort by count of emails from a specific name/email? Finding those emails based on quantity would greatly increase the speed of cleaning up a mailbox. This has been requested for the last 20 years. Is it impossible to do?

2023-08-25T07:26:00.1+00:00 Hi @Chris Silva ,
I'm sorry to bring you a bad experience, currently it is not supported in Outlook.
As a workaround, from the current outlook built-in feature, you can use a list view (with reading pane off), sort by sender, then collapse all groups.
Select all, copy and paste into Excel to achieve your requirement.
Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future. I have submitted this feedback on the dedicated portal, you can vote via this link.

2025-06-23T19:49:22.31+00:00 When I do this copy and attempt to paste to excel, my Outlook just endlessly processes and I have to force quit it after 5 minutes of a (Not Responding) screen.
Really wish the layperson user/support assignees can get basic analytics on an inbox that are often used as intakes for process or support in the future.
