I would to use the upgrade wizard included in microsoft visual studio. 2003 or 2005. I need to migrate a vb6 code.

For the link you shared "Older Downloads", all items have the "Download" column set to a grayed-out "Not available". What is required to make the downloads available?

You need a paid level subscription(which means the "Visual Studio Dev Essentials" subscription is not available in this situation). The "Not available" items are available for paid level subscription only.

If you have a paid level subscription, please try to sign in with the valid subscription.

The VB6 to Vb.Net migration tools aren't very good. Usually the quickest way, if you must migrate, is to re-write the application in VB.net or whatever other language you choose.
