Me and my senior have access to same Azure subscription, when i try to create support ticket with the subscription, it is showing we have only basic plan enabled for our subscription so technical support is not enabled for this, but when my senior successfully created the ticket.

So, I'm assuming this is not the issue with the subscription plans, need to check with roles

I also compared the Azure roles and AD roles between us, below is the details, can someone explain this!!!

My roles:
Application Administrator
Exchange Administrator
Global Reader

His roles:

Application Administrator
Cloud App Security Administrator
Compliance Administrator
Exchange Administrator
Global Reader
Security Administrator

And we both have owner role assigned to subscription.

Azure Role-based access control
Azure Role-based access control

Looks like you need enterprise or partner administrator role

@Nandan NK Thank you for reaching out to us, As per this documentation - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request#:~:text=Azure%20role%2Dbased%20access%20control

Application Administrator does have the permissions to create the support requests, could help me with the error that you are getting while creating a support request for further investigation.
