Azure Guest cannot accept invitation.

Hi Microsoft Q&A Community,

I'm an Azure AD user admin in our company and I have an issue with inviting a guest user.
As soon as the user opens his invitation link from his email, he's getting the following error:

"This Username may be incorrect. Please make sure you entered the name correctly. Otherwise contact your administrator."

The name he enters is definitely correct. I even deleted the guest account and permanently removed it afterwards in order to re-invite the account, but the same error keeps occurring.

I hope you have an idea what's going on here.

Hi, we do also have the same problem. We have a guest user which was able to access our tenant for about 2 weeks but from one day to another he got the same message shown above. Any try getting him to work failed so far. resetting mfa, reinviting him etc.

Do you have any idea despite "having backend issues" @JamesTran-MSFT @Sandeep G-MSFT ? :-)

I have check with out PG team at backend on this issue. Seems like there was an issue at backend due to which for certain period of time there was an issue for guest users to accept the invitation.

This issue has been fixed at backend
