Adding a Shared On Prem. Inbox To Outlook Mobile

Good morning guys,

I have a unique issue that I am having a hard time finding an answer to. I have a user that has their email hosted on prem. This user also has access to a shared inbox that is on prem. We are able to add her email to the Outlook mobile app on her phone by doing a manual configuration on it. We don't appear to have the option to add a shared inbox on the app, only to add another account. Is there a way to do this within the Outlook app?

    Hi @ Shadow Rider

    Currently, it's not possible to add a shared mailbox of on-premises Exchange on a mobile device.

    And in my tests, adding a shared mailbox to Outlook Mobile also only works for Exchange online account.

    Therefore, as a workaround, I recommend that you use OWA or the Outlook desktop app to view the on-prem shared mailboxes.
