Windows 10 ,Feature Update to 1909, Certificates missing after

Any one seen this issue ,only occurring in about the last week. It maybe a wider issues globally. Not sure what triggered it.
Basically in the last few days some updates from 1809 to 1909, after completed, the local laptop certs are missing. Which is a problem for all our home users on VPN! (i.e. with covid still around)

    Hi guys.

    I'm facing the same problem as you. Inplace upgrade using TS. After the upgrade, all certificates are gone. VPN certificates can be generated by remote support, however post-signum certificates could be a problem.
    I don't want to go the Feature Update way, so is the only solution to check the MVLSC and try the updated images?

    20H2 October or November release updated to April Release and not it is fine!

    This is still occurring when upgrading, has anyone got a definite fix for inplace done via TS?
