I am developing a frontend application, which uses msal.js to connect to our Entra ID External Identities AD.
Everything was working fine this morning, but after a bit of local development I get a big red warning saying the site is unsafe.

How can I resolve this issue and do you have any idea what might have caused it and how I could avoid being flagged during development?

Thanks for bringing this up.
We have identified that ciamlogin.com has been blocked by Google Chrome browser.
We have raised the request for removal of this from the phishing site.
Did you try in any other browser? Could you please confirm the behavior on another browsers?

Everything is working now.
However, it affected both Firefox, Chrome and Safari, just so you are aware of it.
Can you shed some light on why ciamlogin.com was flagged as "deceptive", and is there a risk of this happening again? Who exactly flags the site as phishing site?

Google Safebrowsing has flagged the domain ciamlogin.com as a phishing website on their denylist. This may have occurred because various indicators used to detect phishing activities falsely identified our domain as a phishing site.
Our team is working to avoid this in future.
