Mailbox migration to another Database issue

Dear Colleagues,

      I have Exchange 2013 with DAG2013 with three node (two in my HQ and one in remote side)  our issues start after I create DAG:

     1- when i am trying to migrate mailbox to another DB its trying to syncing then stop and give me as below:
     



    2- when i am creating a new mailbox is taken so long time to detect by clients.

    Thanks for posting in our Q&A forum.

    For your DAG issue, still need to clarify some questions:

    1.Could you please provide more detailed information or error codes?

    2.The issue occurred between DB and remote side, right?

    3.Is replication good between those databases?

    Get-mailboxdatabasecopy
    

    You can bypass the restriction, but I would look at the health of the databases first.

    Set-mailboxdatabase -identity <target database> -DataMoveReplicationConstraint None
