Some workflows initiated automatically and task assigned after 5-6 hours and some items workflow not initiated.

When we try to run the workflow manual the initiator will be Anonymous and internal status: not started.

This issue only in one site collection not in all sites.

We tried to create new list with simple workflow but facing same issue.

We found Microsoft SharePoint server 2013 update version 15.0.4571.1502 installed before this issue.

    Hi @mohamed midhat,

    Thank you for your reply.

I am sorry I couldn't reproduce your question on my end. It seems to be a very specific problem.

However, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation. So, please kindly provide more information below to let us work further.

1.Please share your workflow setting page if it's convenient. I would like to know how your workflow was created and the main features of your workflow. Please take care to code your private information.

2.Maybe you don't have enough permissions to run the workflow. You can create a new workflow with elevated permissions by using the SharePoint Workflow platform.

3.Are other users facing the same problem? View through another computer or account.

4.Try to use a different browser or your browser's InPrivate mode to see if the same error occurs.

5.If the problem is only in this site collection, perhaps something is wrong with this site collection. You can recreate the same workflow on another site collection and see if the problem persists.
