How do I prevent Intune Android User from Hard Reset / Factory Reset of the Intuned Unit?
Do Android (Samsung) have a like an ABM? (Apple Business Manager) to control these type of Hard Reset to Factory?

@Joshua D. Virola, Thanks for posting in Q&A. In Intune, there is setting named "Factory Reset" which can block factory reset for Fully Managed and dedicated devices,

To set this, we can go to "Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center "->Devices->Configuration profiles, Create profile,
Platform: Android enterprise.
Profile: Fully Managed,Dedicated and Corporate-Owned Work Profile / Device Restriction

Under General, set Factory reset to Block.

I already tried this but still once we hard factory reset mode (via android recovery mode) the unit it completely wipe the fully managed unit

@Joshua D. Virola, Thanks for the reply. From your description, I know the factory reset is still available in Android recovery mode. How about the normal mode? Is the factory reset still available?

For the normal mode it does block the factory reset, but the problem is when user start the android recovery mode they will completely wipe the intuned unit, is there a way to prevent/block them on doing this? thank you.

@Joshua D. Virola, Thanks for the confirmation. From the information provided, it seems the API Android MDM provided can only block factory reset on normal mode. For the recovery mode, it is not included. To include this, you can contact Google support to see if they can add this.
