UNABLE TO LOGIN TO MY MICROSOFT ACCOUNT.

Please, I need your help on this issue.

One of my users is having a problem with his outlook.

When he tries to login to Outlook, he is asked to verify his identity.

We don't have the phone number and can't remember it.

Please, is this user able to login without verifying his identity, or how can we remove this account verification?

    As an admin you can reset the user's phone number here.
